The Subiekt GT system is not enough …

 

Last year, Mr Tomasz, the managing director of a company producing injection molds, contacted us. At the moment when he applied to us, his company employed 97 people. After just a few minutes of talking, we knew what problem Mr. Tomasz reported. For some time the company has been realizing more and more orders and knew that without support it will be more and more difficult. He wanted to use his company’s resources in 100% – a dream of almost every entrepreneur. Target course

After presenting the results of our analysis, Mr. Tomasz decided to integrate the Subiekt GT system with the production optimization system. The main goal that he set for himself was to increase production efficiency and free up frozen financial capital in the warehouse. The client knew that the Subiekt GT system, on which he worked for years, is integral with the OptiMES system, so data migration saved time and quickly proceeded to the next steps. The shop assistant contained rudimentary accounting reports, which was not enough to regain control over production. Mr. Tomasz lacked reports on the time of settlement of employees’ work and settlement costs of the raw materials used. The deficit was also a tool that could plan deadlines for it and plan production in the event of unforeseen events, such as the absence of key employees.

Since the report on the progress of production or execution of orders is displayed on a regular basis, it was much easier and faster to respond to the problem and to the customer’s queries, eg regarding the deadline for placing the order. Earlier, the preparation of such information was somewhat like the fortune-telling of tea leaves. Without a complete picture of productive progress, it was easy to make a mistake. Since Mr. Tomasz created an automatic system of distribution and execution of the plan (monitoring panels), the estimated response time has shortened from several hours to several minutes. This is the result of constant access to information about downtime, service problems or inactivity.

Since Mr. Tomasz used registration panels in the production hall, he has saved the entire company’s time.
